Newly created senior Agile BA role within a well-established company to work as part of an Agile team to deliver high-quality reporting and analysis to the business stakeholders.

Connect the dots and deliver best practice business analysis, to influence the talented BA practice working exciting transition projects.

The inside word...

Be responsible for providing multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and coaching to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases. Proactively support the uplift of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement

Consult with the business and product owners to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritisation around business value

Why you're special...

Passionate to facilitate communication and connect the dots from stakeholders, business needs to customers wants.

Collaborate closely with other project leads to develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements of their unit.
  • Actively plan and deliver future scope to stakeholders. Thus relaying this effectively to different teams whilst demonstrating Agile behaviors that emphasise collaboration, delivery, and reflection.
  • Experience in a senior Agile BA position, consulting with the business to prioritise and shape backlog.
  • Strong understanding of agile ways of working, and the ability to demonstrate this and bring new ideas.
  • Expert in creating user stories and requirements. Approachable and able to support team members with their work where required.
  • Participate in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: backlog refinement, daily Stand-up, iteration/release planning, showcases/sprint review, retrospective
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, working closely with project managers, architects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
