Our team is growing and we are looking for a new Candidate Manager to join our Auckland office.

The role...
  • Candidates are at the heart of our business - we're looking for someone to take real ownership of our talent communities in order to support our consultants. 
  • This is a key position for us as your ability to locate talented people, either proactively or against a specific brief, will ensure our success.
  • We work across all aspects of IT - this position will focus on one of our core areas and will give you the opportunity to develop a specialised skillset.
  • You will work closely with our candidate management team to proactively consider and recommend talent strategies for our business.
 Who you are...

You may be at the beginning of your career or you may be looking for your next career step, either way we can craft the role and the career path around you. Ideally you already have your foot in the door in the recruitment industry with at least 6 month's experience.  Your other attributes will include:
  • A self-starter with great time management skills and a sense of urgency
  • A proactive communication style and a naturally inquisitive mindset
  • Be very interested in personal development and developing your skills 
  • A drive and desire to be the best you can be
