You will manage a small team of Production Support app engineers who are first point of contact with customers.  Managing escalation through to resolution according to agreed SLAs
 Triaging at times, you will be in the thick of the techical while still able to implement process improvements.
We are looking for someone who understands the value of monitoring and reporting as well as information sharing between teams to add value to the continual improvement to our products.

A flair for leadership as well as great .Net Development skills, you will be able to lead from the front with customer centric focus and strong problem solving skills in both technical and the customer service area.
