About the role:

The Desktop support analyst will work as part of the service desk team to provide prompt resolution of incidents and service requests, either by resolving themselves or through appropriate escalation to a higher level. Also, the Desktop Support Analyst is also responsible for manning of the customer support centre, providing hands-on support to staff based on site.

What you will bring:
  • Previous experience in desktop/customer support environment; 3 years plus
  • Technical skills within Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Lotus Notes (desirable) 
  • Exceptional communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Exceptional team player
