  • This is a position for a Level 2 IT engineer to be part of the existing team of 16 systems and network engineers of various levels.
  • You will be responsible for technical support of software and hardware, diagnostic troubleshooting and support of customer's network infrastructure.
  • You will also be able to influence and communicate with a broad range of stakeholders and customers.
Why you're a legend...
  • You are already proven in a level 2 desktop engineer setting, dealing with customers day to day over the phone and by remote access and able to adapt and manage high call volumes.
  • You have Cisco certs and are familiar with various tools, LAN and WAN networks, SIP VoIP, MS and Linux environments.  
  • You are comfortable dealing with clients and providing a high level of customer service.
  • You are passionate, energetic, personable and committed to growing your career.
  • Microsoft and Hyper V certifications are a must!
