For an experienced (junior to intermediate) application support analyst to step into this role and support core business systems. You will be working closely with users to understand and rectify process issues and troubleshoot technical issues on a wide range of systems including broking and document management systems.

Why you're special...
  • You are already a proven application support analyst, and will ideally have knowledge of eGlobal Broking and Feret Document Management Systems (or similar).
  • You will be a logical problem solver with a natural aptitude for sound technical analysis, and can think out of the box.
  • You are a positive communicator and have the ability to help alleviate pressured situations
  • You have a thirst for knowledge and will be driving your own career goals, with support from a caring and encouraging business coach/mentor.
  • You will already have some experience in a work environment where a ticket/queueing based system is used to record, track service performance and prioritise workloads. E.g. Remedy, ServiceNow etc.
  • You will ideally have some working knowledge and understanding of the SDLC and business systems, at least from a theoretical sense as a minimum. (SQL knowledge would be a big bonus).
  • Any Insurance business knowledge, experience, perhaps you did an internship during studies - would be a bonus.
