Get the opportunity to work on a major project of work as my client look to replace one of its major core systems. Join at a time where this organisation embarks on this major replacement.  

This assignment will be for an initial 6 months but has potential to expand given the scale of the project. 

We are for an immediate start on this role given the urgency around this work. 

Project Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Steering packs and minutes
  • Assisting in planning processes and tracking progress.
  • Budget tracking and project reporting
  • Assist with other project management disciplines (health checks, risk reviews etc.)
  • Timesheet and Resource management
  • Meeting Scheduling and associated logistics, including travel.
  • Management of project sites (internal and shared sharepoint sites etc)
  • Helping ensure bank policy and processes are followed for the above (sentient, change requests, primavera, invoice approvals etc.)
