This position will evolve the continuous improvement methodology (i.e Lean, Six Sigma) across a team to assist in building the maturity across a nationwide company.

This is an organisation committed to working towards a shared goal - to provide people with the high-quality support they need in their own homes and communities.

You will play an integral part in supporting and teaching staff across the company in the use of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies. The focus will be around CI as well as bringing your wealth and knowledge around Lean, Six Sigma and other related methodologies. Prior experience of training staff is not essential, but your deep knowledge and understanding within this arena will be.

Essentials skills you will bring:
  • An advanced skill set and knowledge in the science and methods of continuous improvement (Lean and Six Sigma)
  • Relevant continuous improvement qualifications
  • A sound understanding and experience of the principles of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven experience in motivating and inspiring staff to exceed quality standards.
  • Ideally proven experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, but this not a must. Attitude is a must. 
  • Highly developed coaching and development skills
  • Skilled in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Health Care sector experience is a MUST
