Why you're special...

Passionate to facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Collaborate closely with other project leads across the organisation to create best practice scrum and agile environments.
  • Actively plan and deliver future agile scope to the business.
  • Supporting and educating other leaders, project managers and product owners in the business, whilst impacting the direction and maintenance of backlog
  • Experience in a senior Scrum master position, influencing larger teams across large projects.
  • Sincere knowledge of best practice Scrum and agile, whilst personalising this to the environment at hand.
  • Exposed to large transitioning environments.
  • Experience coaching PM's product owners etc. around the creation and leadership of these environments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, and managing different relationships
  • Experienced in assessing scrum maturity and taking teams and organisations to the next level.
