The inside word...
  • You will be joining a team of 4 in the service desk team, reporting to the service delivery manager and working with a wider team of about 20-25 in IT.
  • This role represents significant importance to the company as they drive towards smarter ways of working and with IT providing value to the business through digital products/apps and sites.
  • Not only will you be supporting a significant number of users, thin clients, servers, networking equipment, VC and telephony equipment, but will also potentially be playing a supporting role in large infrastructure refresh/upgrade projects as well as digital project teams. 
Why you're special...
  • You will already have around 1-3 years + of experience in end-user and server infrastructure support in a MS focused environment, ideally MS Windows 2016, Exchange, AD, Group Policy, Citrix, Virtualisation etc. in an Enterprise sized environment.
  • Cisco network switch/router experience would also be beneficial and the ability/pragmatism to adapt and pick up what needs to be done. 
  • You will be a focused and pro-active problem solver with a keen desire to learn and develop your career.
  • Strong customer centric approach as the first line of contact between their users and IT.
