We are looking for an experienced team player to join a national unified service desk team, Level one and 2 support.
Christchurch based, this role provides remote support across a variety of clients.
You will already be an experienced service desk professional, or a contact centre guru at the top of their game who understands the importance of an efficent methodical approach when working to a range of SLA's.  You will be the person who thinks outside the sqare for diagnosing issues and enjoys the satisfaction of trouble shooting with clients across New Zealand.
Requirements include competency in supporting Microsoft Desktop, 365 and Active Directory.
It's a busy and fun environment, with a supportive team, on  going training and professional certification opportunities.
Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be valued
