About the Role

Working as part of a team of system support engineers you'll use your technical skills and knowledge to provide clients with Level 3 technical support whilst managing client projects. We are looking for candidates that bring expertise to the Cloud Migration arena. 

You will have outstanding communication skills, an ability to develop trusting relationships with all stakeholders and a desire to collaboratively mentor team members.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and internal staff
  • Timely resolution of escalated 3rd level technical incidents
  • Identify, manage and lead escalations; support others with same
  • Create innovative solutions to meet complex client IT infrastructure needs
  • Ensure documentation; configuration management entries are up to date and accurate
  • Implement complex IT solutions within project time frames
  • Proactively identify solutions to prevent or minimise complex issues
  • Clearly communicate with all stakeholders
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Experience working with; Windows Server/Active Directory, Office 365, Azure
  • Certification in one or more of the above technologies
  • Project experience; Managed Services or Professional Services environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a broader diverse team
