Working with a combination of new and existing technologies, you will be responsible for supporting various end-user issues including Office365 over the phone. Your role will be critical providing over the phone support, trouble shooting and the ability to guide the user through technical instructions.

  • Extensive troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Support various end-user issues including Office365 over the phone.
  • Contribute to positive team culture and provide excellent customer service. 
  • Updating documentation as required such as quick reference guides, support documentation; contribute to common fixes and existing knowledge base
Experience Required
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Office365 applications.
  • MS AD/ Exchange support
  • Senior level knowledge of overall desktop troubleshooting
  • Exceptional over the phone support, troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate and guide the user through technical instructions.
  • Must have experience with common IT ticketing based systems.
